How to Make Turkish Coffee

In our investigation into food, Sustain and Nourish, we are looking at all sorts of ceremonies, recipes, rituals and communal events around food. Erol Almelek has a youtube channel where he posts different videos ranging from laughter yoga to sound poetry to How To videos. Here is one called How to Make Turkish Coffee.

Erol is from Istanbul,Turkey. He served in the Turkish military and then moved to Canada with $200 in his pocket. He was a seaman with the Canadian Merchant Marine and has taken numerous courses in writing,acting, singing and piano. He obtained his BA at UBC, where he continues to taking every acting course possible.He speaks four languages and twenty gibberish languages in sound poetry.
