UK Journal Cites Thursdays Writing Collective

The beauty of a project like V6A is the ongoing connections we forge with people and groups in different areas who work and write with similar impulses. At the launch in Montreal John Asfour and I met Sandra Sjollema, a McGill University researcher who is involved with Anneau Poetique, a writing group in Cote de Neige. Thursdays Writing Collective hopes to connect with this exciting group. In the meantime, Sandra has sent along an article she coauthored with Jill Hanley titled, “When Words Arrive: A Qualitative Study of Poetry as a Community Development Tool” in Oxford University’s Community Development  Journal.
