Poetic Spacing

Occasionally poetry suffers in the editing process. The editors and Arsenal Pulp Press regret the errors in formatting in Jonina Kirton’s poem, “Velvet,” which appears in V6A: Writing from Vancouver’s Downtown Eastside. Below please find the correctly formatted version which takes advantage of white space between the text. Any future editions of the anthology will include the poem as below.
